 AUTONOMOUS ROBOTIC ASSEMBLY –ARA

This is project was part of my early research in autonomous robotic construction using low-cost machine vision systems at the Bartlett School of Architecture. In this project, I was using only a single webcam to track complex structures pose in 3D using an Image-based marker technique. Autonomously establish rapid local reference frame, grasp and assemble building components. Through the development of this project, I developed a mobile app and a GH plugin (VISION) to enable the 3d tracking of objects with the grasshopper and other platforms like processing.
